How do you get Dedicated 2?

Spend Trait Crystals on one unit. At this unit's milestone for this rarity, the game lets you pick the trait. A unit holds one trait. The next pick replaces the current one. The selection screen names the trait you are replacing.

How do you use Dedicated 2?

Use it at 30 crystals when the unit's passive counts hits, such as an every-third-attack follow-up. Enraged 2 remains the default for stat-scaled bleeds and bursts.
